2006 SCG Arts Funders Report We're happy to share with you the latest publication from Southern California Grantmakers, Arts in the Balance. This publication presents an overview of our fourth biennial survey of corporate, foundation and government arts funding in Los Angeles County. SCG conducted the 2004/2005 survey in partnership with UCLA Center for Civil Society and Los Angeles Arts Funders.
