Liberty Hill and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundations invite you to attend a discussion on dually involved youth―youth involved in both the child welfare and juvenile justice systems―with Los Angeles County officials, funders and other key stakeholders. This meeting will begin with a presentation of recent data concerning crossover youth by the Children's Data Network at USC and Cal State LA's School of Criminalistics and Criminal Justice.
