This presentation and discussion led by Tracy Paglia, Moss Adams Tax Partner, and Eric K. Gorovitz of Adler & Colvin will show us how to look at the Form 990 through the eyes of stakeholders interested in the story of your organization’s return.

The IRS Form 990 is a complex, comprehensive document and a valuable information gathering tool for the IRS to confirm organizations are meeting their nonprofit requirements. It's also important to donors and rating agencies in assessing and reporting the health of organizations.

Join our seasoned presenters as we delve into complexities of the form including:

  • Advocacy and lobbying expenses
  • The calculation of public support
  • Multi-entity groups and common pitfalls in Form 990 reporting
  • Helpful sources of IRS support

We hope you will be able to join us.
