Join Southern California Grantmakers and Omar Brownson, Co-Founder and CEO of the gratitude company gthx, for a one-hour workshop that will connect leaders of all levels to the (research-backed) power of gratitude. Based on mindfulness best practices and infused with lessons from the real-world experiences of more than 25,000 people, this webinar will provide leaders with the tools to practice self-care and show up authentically for others. Participants will be introduced to transformative small, doable steps to make changes in their daily routines.

With gratitude, leaders can be more connected with their authentic voice, more productive during the day, and more present in life’s everyday moments.

Course curriculum includes:

● Leading in times of uncertainty

● A real-time guided gratitude practice in four steps

● Why changing perception is key to resilience

● Techniques to build healthy habits and routines

This webinar has been designed for leaders at all levels of experience. People who work on teams and need to balance self-care and caring for others will benefit.
