In partnership with the Los Angeles Partnership for Early Childhood Investment, SCG members are invited to a special peer learning program on new research and strategies for parent engagement.

Over the past nine months, The David and Lucile Packard Foundation and the LA Partnership for Early Childhood Investment have convened a diverse group of thought leaders, academics, and practitioners in LA County to explore ways to strengthen parent and family engagement systems and strategies. Each gathering allowed participants to identify the needs and opportunities for stronger family engagement within formal early childcare and health settings as well as informal and community settings where parents and caregivers interact and connect.

Please join us to learn about key highlights from this research and discuss opportunities that grantmakers can pursue for impact in the parent and family engagement space in Southern California.
