SCG members are invited to participate in the Confluence Philanthropy Western Water Briefing at a special discounted registration rate.

The western regions of the United States are challenged by climate impacts, over-use of natural resources, inefficient conservation methods and ineffective policy. Among these challenges, the water crises is most pressing and requires an immediate, strategic response. Water issues throughout the Western United States touch all socioeconomic sectors, but low-income communities remain most impacted by limited water resources.

During this briefing, participants will discuss impact-investing and aligned grantmaking strategies as tools to promote effective crisis mitigation and long-term water sustainability. Together, we will identify investable high-impact responses.

Join us for a powerful collaboration among the members of Confluence Philanthropy, the Consultative Group on Biological Diversity, Environmental Grantmakers Association, and The Funders Network for Smart Growth and Livable Communities.
