The Communications Network LA Leadership Group invites you for an evening with Tara Roth, President of the Goldhirsh Foundation, followed by a networking happy hour with philanthropy and nonprofit communications professionals from across Los Angeles.

Tara Roth is our honored speaker for the evening. She has been with the Goldhirsh Foundation since 2006 and spearheaded the relaunch of the foundation in 2010 to support social innovation in Los Angeles. Under her leadership, the Goldhirsh Foundation launched LA2050, a groundbreaking initiative to drive and track progress toward a shared vision for the future of Los Angeles. Prior to this role, Tara bridged the worlds of marketing, media, and philanthropy as the founding COO of GOOD and a social strategy advisor.

Join us for a chat with Tara as she shares insights about the power of social sector communications to spark innovation and we talk about how storytellers can help shape a better future for Los Angeles.

Following her talk, we'll enjoy cocktails and appetizers during a networking hour at the Goldhirsh Foundation.

Transportation:
There is metered parking along Wilshire Blvd and side streets, in addition to the residential areas near the building. We recommend avoiding the parking garage in the building after hours and encourage use of public transit and carsharing/pooling.
