Join SCG and Exponent Philanthropy for a convening of Exponent’s Local Engagement Group in Los Angeles.

Collaborations have natural life cycles, and there are good practices for each stage of funder collaborations: how they are developed, how they are maintained successfully, and how they are exited in a positive way that leaves a legacy of impact.

In a highly interactive session, we’ll discuss these questions: How do collaborations align with funder values and priorities? How can impact be evaluated? How can funders of all types (foundations, corporations, individuals) be included? And how can nonprofits, government, policymakers, and grassroots community groups be included?

This session will be facilitated by Thomas E. Backer, PhD, California State University Northridge, and Terry Dibble, J.B. & Emily Van Nuys Charities. Speakers will incdlue John Kobara, California Community Foundation; Tara Roth, Goldhirsh Foundation; and Beatriz Solis, PhD, The California Endowment.

No cost to participate
