The Los Angeles Homeless Funders Group invites you to join us for our next in-person meeting on Friday, March 13, 2015 at United Way of Greater Los Angeles’ Office.

Our first meeting of the year will be a learning opportunity exploring coordinated entry systems being designed and implemented throughout the county. A conversation amongst the following providers working with family, youth, and/or individuals will include how efforts have begun to incorporate the various populations into one comprehensive coordinated system:

  • Nate French, Center at Blessed Sacrament
  • John Horn, LA Family Housing
  • Sarah Mahin, Supportive Services for Veteran Families
  • Jonni Miller, Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority
  • Chris Ko, United Way of Greater Los Angeles (Moderator)

The Los Angeles Homeless Funders Group’s goal is to build a regional network of private and philanthropic funders working to prevent and end homelessness who:

  • Invest in effective, strategic and innovative grant-making
  • Mobilize leadership, ideas and partnerships to communicate what works and why
  • Promote more efficient use of local, state and national resources

Who May Participate:
Funders interested in working to prevent and end homelessness. Please note this meeting is for funders only.
