Please join Southern California Blacks in Philanthropy (SCBIP) for an informative discussion about DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) from the Black immigrant (African, Caribbean and Afro-Latinx) perspective.

 

  • About 690,000 immigrants are enrolled in DACA with Los Angeles County having one of the largest number of active enrollees.
  • The Black immigrant population in the U.S. rose to 4.2 million in 2016.
