The Arts Ed Collective Funders Council, a collaborative of public and private funders, in partnership with Southern California Grantmakers, convened a broad group of funders to examine relationships between the recently released Portrait of LA County report and the new Arts Education Profile, and discuss the implications of using these tools to invest in the County’s arts and social service infrastructure.

Otis Report on the Creative Economy in the Los Angeles Region

The 2013 Otis Report on the Creative Economy, the seventh edition of the annual report, marks an exciting and important expansion beyond its regional study. With a grant from the California Arts Council, Otis College of Art and Design commissioned the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation to broaden the report’s scope to measure, benchmark, and assess trends of the creative economy across the state.
