Funders Alliance for San Bernardino and Riverside Counties

Leaders from the largest funders of nonprofits and quality of life causes in Riverside and San Bernardino counties have come together to form the Funder's Alliance of the Inland Empire. The Funder's Alliance is a collaborative group of large regional funding agencies that have joined together to increase communication, collaboration, and coordination among each other. The primary goals of the Alliance include:

• Regional networking and information sharing between large funders
• Advocacy for the needs of the region
• Leveraging of funds to maximize impact on common goals
• Increasing the capacity of service providers within the region

Open only to grantmakers.

SCG Evaluation for Learning Peer Group

The Evaluation for Learning Peer Group is a resource for philanthropic professionals responsible for monitoring, evaluation and learning functions at their respective grantmaking organizations.

Philanthropic professionals responsible for their organizations evaluation and evaluation for learning practices. This group is also open to consultants or those interested in learning more about effective evaluation.

A resource for finance and investments, human resources and operations professionals.

Focus areas--meet quarterly to discuss emerging and pressing topics within finance and investments, HR and administration.; Develop and launch an online community forum on the SCG website to share resources, post and answer questions and access resources.;Offer networking opportunities to meet peers who have similar job functions and facilitate more in depth and relevant sector wide discussions.
