Aging & Behavioral Health Partnerships - Strategies for Success!

Marian Scheinholtz, Public Health Advisor at the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, discusses the latest data about behavioral health and its connection to overall physical health for older adults. Representatives from two states, Michigan and New Jersey, will share successes and challenges in helping individuals with behavioral health conditions maintain good health through the Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Programs, as well as strategies for sustaining these programs through aging and behavioral health partnerships.

This webinar is part of a series given by the Center for Healthy Aging and partners as part of the U.S. Administration for Community Living, Administration on Aging's (through the FY 2013 Prevention and Public Health Fund) National Resource Center on Chronic Disease Self-Management Education Programs.
