Speaker Registration

SCG will cover the cost of economy air travel, ground transportation, accommodation, meals, and business-related expenses related to event participation.

SCG will arrange overnight accommodations and email a confirmation. All charges will be billed directly to SCG, but non-related business expenses (e.g., alcohol, entertainment, or spa services) are the responsibility of the Speaker.

If you plan to extend your stay in the Los Angeles area, we can provide rates and information regarding our room block. You will be responsible for covering the cost of additional stay.

Flight arrangements are to be handled by the Speaker and will be reimbursed by SCG. Please use economy fare and book no later than one month in advance to afford the best rate. Once reserved, please email a copy of your flight reservation to SCG.

All expenses (i.e., flight, ground transportation, hotel accommodation, reasonable meals, and miscellaneous) incurred by the Speaker in relation to the above event will be reimbursed by SCG following the receipt of the Speaker’s expense report along with copies of receipts after the program. (We recommend that the Speaker keep all original receipts.)

Request for reimbursement is due 30 days from the date of the event.
